1. I have a Membership Toolkit account from my student's elementary school.
Can I use my same MTK account for Middle School?
 
Yes! The MTK account login information you used for Richards or Cumberland is the same for the Middle School. To add the Middle School to your MTK account, you must join the WFBMS PTO. Scroll down for an illustrated guide to updating your MTK account at the start of the school year. 
 
2. How do I log in to the Middle School MTK?
  • There is a link to join the PTO in the online registration information you received from the District.
  • If you have already registered for the upcoming school year and HAVE NOT joined the PTO, click here to join. 
  • If you did join the PTO during online registration but can't find the organization in the MTK app, read on. 
 
3. Why don't I see the Middle School PTO in my MTK app?
  • Make sure you've joined the WFB Middle School PTO using this link
  • Once you're a member, reopen your MTK app. You may need to log out of your account and log back in again (your login credentials haven't changed; use the same username and password that you used for Richards or Cumberland). 
  • The toggle button (circled in red) should appear. Tap it to switch between your member organizations.

4. How do I switch between schools?
  • If you're using the MTK app, there is a toggle button (circled in red). Tap it to switch between your member organizations. 
  • If you're using a desktop or laptop computer, you will need to visit the WFBMS PTO website directly. Each school has its own website through the Membership Toolkit: wfbmspto.membershiptoolkit.com (if you're reading this on a laptop or desktop, you're already on the website). 

 

5. How do I update my directory data in the app?

  • Open the app menu (three horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner) 
  • Under My Account, select Update My Account

  • Under the header "Edit Profile," click on the hyperlinked text that reads, "Click here if you are trying to update your directory information."

  • The next screen is a Parent Information screen. After you make any changes, click the Next Step button. If you need to edit your student's directory information, clicking Next Step will take you to the Student screen.

  • After making the necessary changes, click the Save button, and you should be all set.
